We are excited to share new updates in Mailmodo that’ll help you improve your email campaigns and automation.

🤖 Introducing THE ‘Mailmodo AI’

We've been working on this feature for months, and it's finally here. Introducing our ultimate, one-stop shop, ‘Mailmodo AI’.

It's our new AI chat assistant that'll help you out with anything related to our platform or email marketing.

From creating templates, campaigns, and segments to analyzing campaign performance, etc., simply ask Mailmodo AI, and it will do it all for you.

Here are some of the things you can ask it to do:

• Generate templates using campaign goals or ideas.

• Create segments from your lists.

• Create bulk or triggered campaigns.

• View all campaigns (bulk and triggered), filter by date or type.

• Find and analyze your most successful campaigns by metric (opens, clicks, etc).

• Plan out automations for your specific use case.

🖇️ Connect multiple forms on your website with Mailmodo

You can now connect several forms on your website with Mailmodo and send the data to Mailmodo anytime someone submits the form. Collect all the form submissions in a list on Mailmodo, or use the data to trigger a journey.

You can do this by using ‘Web forms (script-based)’ to integrate your web forms with Mailmodo.

🗒️ Journey checklist to help properly set up the journey

You’ll now see a small checklist icon while creating your journeys.

This checklist shows you all the nodes you’re yet to set up, so you don’t miss out on anything. It also shows you any errors in the journey you’ve set up.

For example, as shown below, the journey is interconnected in a cyclic manner, which doesn’t function, resulting in an error. Therefore, suggestions will be provided on which node you need to fix to resolve this issue.

📤 Select the sender email you specifically want to use while sending the test email.

🕜 Select the recipient's time zone in the ‘Occurrence of a Date’ trigger option in journeys.

🚫 In the campaign dashboard, you can now see the reason why your emails bounced for certain contacts.

⛹️ Under ‘User Property’, use ‘email_blocked_status’ if you want to create a segment of the blocked contacts (past unsubscribes + bounces) in your list.

✖️ Delete a single contact forever from your account by clicking on ‘Delete User’ on the contact’s profile.
