The state's 2020 Clean Economy Act mandates 100% carbon-free electricity by 2045 and created a Shared Solar Program for Dominion Energy Virginia customers. The program's capacity has expanded from 150 MW to 350 MW. Standard Solar is a leader in advancing community solar in Virginia, supporting a dozen projects.
