| Standard Solar has completed a 2.4-megawatt (MW) community solar and storage project in Westport, Massachusetts, now delivering clean, reliable power to the New England grid. Acquired from New Leaf Energy and built with EDF Renewables, the project pairs a solar array with a 999-kilowatt battery system to add crucial flexibility and resilience. Supporting the state’s SMART Program, the project will produce approximately 2,500 megawatt-hours of clean energy annually, strengthening the grid and making renewable power more accessible across the Commonwealth. |
